Think Tidy started long before I had a name for it

I grew up in an apartment in Italy. Storage was practically a religion in our home. My mother gave me an instinctive eye for style, order and well-run homes — something I still bring to every project today. When I moved to London, I built a career as a project manager for design agencies, learning how to take complicated projects, manage countless moving parts and turn them into something simple, practical and achievable. Think Tidy is when those two worlds combine: an Italian sense of style and order, and a career built on managing complexity. Sometimes change is planned: a home renovation, an international move, downsizing or relocating to a new home. Sometimes it arrives without warning: clearing a parent’s house, managing an estate, or navigating a divorce. Either way, someone needs to hold it together with empathy and expertise. That's what I bring to every home: warmth, organisation and the calm of someone who's done this before. Marcella Caricasole — Founder, Think Tidy

FAQs

Question icon

What is Think Tidy?

Answer icon

Think Tidy is a London-based home concierge and project management service for people dealing with complex moves, major life changes or demanding household projects. We combine organisation, project management and practical problem-solving to take care of the details and make complicated situations feel manageable.

Question icon

Who is Think Tidy for?

Answer icon

Think Tidy is for private and commercial clients, families and busy professionals who need more than a traditional organising service. Our clients may be moving country, changing homes, managing several properties, dealing with a family estate or simply looking for a trusted person to take care of the practical details of a complex project.

Question icon

What makes Think Tidy different from a professional organiser?

Answer icon

A professional organiser typically focuses on creating order within a space. Think Tidy goes further. We combine home organisation with project management and concierge support, coordinating people, suppliers, logistics and practical decisions when a project involves many moving parts.

Question icon

When should I contact Think Tidy?

Answer icon

Ideally, as early as possible. The earlier we understand what needs to happen, the more we can take off your plate. But there is no perfect starting point — we also work with clients who are already in the middle of a move, renovation, house clearance or other complicated situation and need someone to take control.

Question icon

Can Think Tidy manage a project from beginning to end?

Answer icon

Yes. Depending on what you need, we can become the central point of contact for a project, coordinating the practical details and keeping everything moving. For particularly complex projects, this can mean bringing together several different suppliers, services and timelines so that you don't have to manage them yourself.

Question icon

Do you work with clients who live outside the UK?

Answer icon

Yes. We work with international clients who need trusted, experienced support on the ground in London and the UK. This is particularly useful when you are relocating internationally, managing a property remotely or simply cannot be present to oversee everything yourself.

Question icon

Do you only work on large projects?

Answer icon

No. While we specialise in complex projects and significant life transitions, the size of a project isn't the only consideration. Sometimes a relatively small task requires considerable coordination, specialist knowledge or someone trustworthy to take responsibility for getting it done.

Question icon

Where does Think Tidy work?

Answer icon

Think Tidy is based in London and works across London and beyond, depending on the requirements of the project. We also support international clients relocating to the UK and can coordinate projects that involve multiple locations.

Question icon

How do I know if Think Tidy is right for my project?

Answer icon

If your situation feels complicated, time-consuming or difficult to coordinate, it's probably worth having a conversation. You don't need to know exactly what service you need before getting in touch. We can understand the situation, identify what needs to happen and work out where we can take responsibility.

Question icon

How much does it cost?

Answer icon

Every project is different, so we provide a tailored estimate once we understand your brief. As a guide: day rates are £450 per organiser, with hourly rates of £70 per organiser for smaller projects. Get in touch with your requirements and we'll put together a quote.

Question icon

Who do you work with?

Answer icon

We've built a trusted network of specialists to support every part of a project, including movers, antique auction houses and dealers, carpenters, interior designers, indoor plant experts, insurance and house maintenance specialists, and storage companies. Whatever your project needs, we can bring in the right people to help.
